Facilities Maintenance Worker
We are actively seeking a Facilities Maintenance Worker for a client located near Rhinebeck, NY. This is a maintenance/repair job - not cleaning! The Facilities Maintenance Worker will be performing a variety of semi-skilled work to assist with the daily maintenance, such as painting, repairs and preventative maintenance, throughout the facility.
The Facilities Maintenance Worker must be able to lift 50lbs, stand on their feet for long periods, have good manual dexterity and strong attention to detail.
This is a temp-to-hire, first shift position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Pay rate is $15-$18 per hour.

In order to be successful, the Building and Facilities Maintenance Worker must:
- Have at least 1 year of previous work related experience, preferably repairing appliances
- Have knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Have knowledge of safety hazards and precautions
