Human Resources Assistant

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions is actively seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their client's growing team near Highland. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR by assisting with all personnel matters.

Job responsibilities for the Human Resources Assistant include, but are not limited to:

  • Respond to basic inquiries regarding benefits, leaves of absence, reimbursement requests, and other general information
  • Maintaining employee information by entering and updating data changes
  • Ensuring confidential data is kept secure
  • Assisting with recruitment and interview process
  • Providing general secretarial support
  • Assisting with the explanation of benefits 

The Human Resources Assistant position will be Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, and pays $15 per hour.

In order to be successful in this role, the Human Resources Assistant should have at least 1 year of HR experience and be proficient with Microsoft Office. An Associate's Degree is preferred for this role.
