Our client in Fishkill is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to add to their team. You will wear several hats in this role and must be able to switch between your duties seamlessly.

What you’ll do as the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Manage all inquiries from customers
  • Daily use of Excel and maintaining various spreadsheets to track information requests
  • Daily bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Correspondence via email, phones or fax with customers and continuous correspondence with vendors
  • General office duties including correspondence and calendar and database updates

This is a temp-perm, full-time position paying $17-$19 per hour. Your typical work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, but we require a candidate to be flexible based on company needs.

What you need to be successful – requirements:

  • Three years of direct experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite; QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred
  • Very professional phone skills and experience managing internal calendars for management
  • Ability to multi-task, ability to multi-task, ability to multi-task!
