This company’s headquarters are in Europe, so constant contact with them as well as a few yearly visits will be required as well. They are also a very sustainable/environmentally friendly company, so someone who shares those same ideas would be a great fit.

The perfect candidate will be friendly and outgoing, yet professional and respectful and open to growing exponentially with this global company. Our client is looking for someone to work full time in their office performing many administrative duties.

Executive Assistant Job Duties:

  • Making client follow up calls
  • Sending out product samples and sales quotes
  • Answering client phone calls
  • Responding to new inquiries and
  • Overall assisting with moving the company forward in a positive direction 

This is a DIRECT HIRE position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay rate is $17-$19 per hour plus full medical benefits after 6 months and 401K plan after 1 year.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, 1-2 years
  • Open and willing to travel bi-annually or quarterly to company headquarters (Paid for by company)
  • Very computer savvy; quick to learn any new programs
  • Be able to communicate with very high-end clients in a professional manor
