We have an immediate opening for a Medical Receptionist in New Windsor!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments for patients
  • Collecting patient payments and processing insurance verifications
  • Processing patient paperwork
  • Managing patient flow for a busy medical office supporting 3 doctors

This is a long term temporary opening. The hours are full time and starting pay is $14 per hour. You will be the first person that patients see when they come into the office, so our client is looking for someone that is friendly and welcoming with a professional demeanor. This organization has offices in New Windsor and Newburgh and employees must be available for both offices.

The job requirements for the Medical Receptionist are as follows:

  • One year experience in a medical office or call center setting – must have scheduling and EMR experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of HIPPA standards
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a face paced environment
  • Bilingual skills are preferred, but not required
