Ethan Allen Staffing is seeking a part time Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming customers when they arrive in a professional and courteous manner. The client is looking for someone that can help during the busy summer months.

Job duties include:

  • Managing telephone flow - screens and routes calls appropriately
  • Managing the calendar and making reservations for customers
  • Processing paperwork and entering data into the client's software

This is temporary opportunity through the fall but could possibly transition into a permanent position with the company. Starting pay is $14 per hour. It is part time, Monday-Friday and every other Saturday, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Normal shifts are 8am-2pm, 10am-3pm, or 1pm-5pm.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service or administrative setting; rental industry experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows computers and be comfortable learning new programs

You must also present yourself in a professional manner in person, as well as on the phone. This is a busy environment, so the ability to multi-task well is important. Our client is looking for someone who is personable and reliable and is willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them to meet the customer's needs.
