This company’s headquarters are in Europe, so constant contact with them as well as a few yearly visits will be required as well. This position requires a self-driven experience sales professional with experience selling flooring material to architects and interior designers supporting large organizations. A book of existing clients will be provided to manage and build upon but the primary focus of the role will be to acquire new clients through aggressive prospecting and sales efforts.
The perfect candidate will be friendly and outgoing, with 3-5 years of sales experience. Someone who is professional and respectful and open to growing exponentially with this global company through hard work, contribution and success is what our client is looking for in a candidate.
Sales Manager Job Duties:
This is a direct hire position with salary being commensurate with experience. This position will afford the successful candidate full medical benefits after 6 months and 401K plan after 1 year. Due to the nature of this position, longer sales cycles and extensive training, this role will be heavily focused on salary the first and second year with commission offerings increasing as the successful candidate gets acclimated to the organization and starts to convert prospects to partners.
